Bien Hotel - Yerevan

I loved the hotel's cleanliness, convenient location near a big mall and tasty breakfast. The staff was always friendly and helpful with arranging transportation.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was ideal as it was out of the city center but still close enough to easily access attractions, especially the Dalma shopping mall. Secondly, the staff was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. They really went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and I loved having a balcony to enjoy the views. Lastly, the breakfast spread was fantastic with a variety of options every day, including vegan and vegetarian choices. It was a great way to start the day!

There was a vast selection of delicious food to choose from. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing reliable and cost-effective means of transportation to key locations around the city. One of the best things about the stay was the clean and modern facilities provided, including free high-speed internet access.

The location of the hotel was a bit distant from the city center and took a considerable amount of time to reach by taxi. the area surrounding the hotel was still under construction and not very picturesque.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had an amazing time! the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of fresh options to choose from. the friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. the swimming pool was a great way to relax after a day of exploring the city. the convenient location provided easy access to nearby shopping malls and attractions.

The location was a bit far from the city center, making it a bit of a challenge to get around during peak times. the loud music played by the poolside DJ on Sundays was a bit disruptive to the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.

I had a great experience at Bien Hotel. Upon arrival, my room was not cleaned, but the night staff quickly resolved the issue and even gave me a discount as compensation. The hotel is well-located and the reception staff arranged Uber taxis for easy transportation. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
